Valentini and Murphy value their mission and purpose statements and believe their values define who they are. In maintaining this, Valentini and Murphy associate and work with those alliances and clients who share the same values and vision for the future.

Valentini and Murphy began in April 2005, after Don Valentini and Dean Murphy formed their partnership. With CPA accreditation and a highly qualified dynamic team, Valentini and Murphy provide accounting, taxation, auditing, superannuation and business services to a wide range of clients throughout Australia. However, the history that explains how they got to where they are today highlights why Valentini and Murphy are a successful accounting firm in Bendigo.

In 1995 Don Valentini and Associates began in a premise in Queen Street, Bendigo. Joining Don was Kerri White, who today still remains with the firm as highly experienced accountant. In 1997, Dean Murphy joined the practice as a graduate accountant. It was in 1999, that Don Valentini & Associates outgrew their premises as more employees joined the firm and the customer base grew. The Queen Street premise was extended to accommodate this growth in employees. It was not long after in 2000; the firm had again outgrown the premises and moved to the current location in Hargreaves Street, to where Valentini and Murphy are now.

In 2007 Valentini and Murphy have 12 staff employed, including both partners who are still actively working and involved with the firm. It is Valentini and Murphy’s mission to provide their staff with a content working environment in which personal and professional development is highly important.
